Our goal is to recruit, train, and support the finest mentors in music education and make them accessible at the click of a button.
Whether you’re a brand new studio teacher or an experienced classroom educator, we aim to connect you with mentorship to help you in any situation.
How it works.
The help you need, in the palm of your hand.

Find your ideal mentor on the Music Teacher Guild website. We are working to recruit a wide variety of experts to be able to support you no matter what your teaching challenge may be!

Guild Mentors offer 1:1 mentorship calls, small group mentorship, workshops, and clinics. Select your service in the MTG Connect app, then select your mentor. You will be asked to complete the screening form and confirm your appointment.

Always attend the call, workshop, clinic, or group meeting that you’ve booked. Only by showing up can you reap all the benefits of connecting with your Guild Mentor.
Once your appointment is complete, you have the option of rating your mentor to help others, too.

Guild Mentors have the option of offering an initial 15 minute discovery session for free, to make sure you’re a good fit.
Some will also offer small group coaching, so you can get the help you need at a very affordable price.
Use school or district professional development funding to invest in leveling up your skills.
With a variety of pricing models to select from, we’re making mentorship accessible for any budget.

Guild Mentors select which services they want to offer, including:

It all depends on what you need! All online calls are delivered through Zoom, and you always have the option of camera on or off.

As we recruit, train and get mentors setup, you’ll be able to find the right mentor for your needs, and select from their menu of services. You will book all services through MTG Connect.

Each Mentor service has an investment attached to it. We hope that your school, employer, district, or PD budget will cover it!

Most mentors offer a free 15-minute Alignment Call. This is your chance to see if it’s a good fit.
ALL mentorship services require you to complete a form and agree to the terms.
